At our office, we ensure that patients receive the most advanced orthodontic care. Our office regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. With patient care as our top priority, this is our commitment to you.
In scheduling appointments, we make every effort to accommodate your schedule. We strive to see as many patients as we can before and after school for adjustments. Longer appointments are scheduled for the middle of the day. We have designed our schedule so there will be minimal impact on your school or work.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that unforeseen events sometimes require cancelling or missing an appointment, and ask that you notify our office as soon as possible should that occur. Please remember that missed appointments or numerous appointment changes may result in longer orthodontic treatment.
As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim for you. We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits, and we will be happy to estimate your coverage. You will be asked to provide a current insurance card at your first appointment. It is important that you provide us with current and accurate employer and insurance carrier information.
Because insurance varies from plan to plan, we cannot guarantee coverage or benefits. Insurance plans that provide orthodontic coverage typically have a lifetime orthodontic maximum which is separate from the dental maximum. Should you change plans or terminate coverage, it is your responsibility to contact our office. You are also responsible for any remaining insurance balance.
